Our laminating machine can accommodate up to 72" widths and is used to adhere insulation with various forms of facings including mats, vinyls and foils.

We provide sewing services for industrial textiles.

 

Encapsulation

Our facility has the capability to heat seal insulation with plastics and other various products to provide a completely sealed end product.

 

Kanban Capabilities

Our manufacturing process for space organization utilizes visual signs for controlling inventories.

 

Die Cutting

We offer die cutting using steel rule die.

 

Sanding

We have sanders which are capable of sanding materials to various thickness. We can sand a minimum of 1/16" to a maximum of 1/8" per pass.

 

Bandsaw

Utilizing a saw we can cut various insulation products to meet size requirements.

 

Vacuum Packing

Using a vacuum air is removed from packaging in order to maximize space for export.
